About the Role
We're looking for a creative, eager-to-learn Junior Video Editor to join our team and begin building real editing skills on real client projects in the music and events space.
This is a fully entry-level position β you don't need professional editing experience or a degree. If you've ever edited anything, even just clips on your phone or messing around in free software, and you loved it β that's the starting point we're looking for. We'll teach you everything else.
You'll be trained hands-on by senior editors and directors who have produced content for some of the world's best venues, festivals, and brands. This is where you go from "I'm interested in editing" to "I'm an editor."
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For

We've built our team around people who show up, care about their work, and are genuinely excited to grow. If you're organized, curious, and ready to put in the effort β you're already most of the way there.
