About the Role
We're looking for a switched-on, social-media-savvy Junior Marketing Assistant to help promote events, venues, and brands in the music and hospitality industry.
This is a fully entry-level position — you don't need a marketing degree, agency experience, or a professional portfolio. If you spend your time scrolling through Instagram and TikTok and you instinctively know what works and what doesn't — that's the foundation we're looking for. We'll teach you how to turn that instinct into a real marketing skill set.
You'll be trained by experienced marketers and creatives who have delivered campaigns for world-class venues, international festivals, and leading hospitality brands. This is your shortcut into the creative marketing industry — learning on the job with real clients and real campaigns.
